Be a 'Locavore' at the Farmer's Market

The Providence/Neutaconkanut Hill Farmers Market is scheduled for 3 to 6 pm on Mondays through October.

Looking to shop for locally grown produce? You don't have to travel too far out of Johnston for it — head over to Plainfield Street on the Johnston/Providence line for the .

Held Mondays from 3 to 6 pm, the market is slated to continue through the end of October.

Cash, credit cards, and SNAP/EBT cards are accepted — and SNAP receipients can earn a $2 bonus for every $5 spent at the farmer's market.
