Donations Sites: If you're looking to provide a little happiness to local kids and families, there are two opportunities:
- Toys for Tots collection of new, unwrapped toys at The Bridge at Cherry Hill
- Police Explorers drive to collect new toys and gift cards at the Johnston Senior Center, Johnston Police Department, town hall, and local schools.
Party, Part 1: Today at Mohr Library, the Tuesday storytime group (for ages birth to 3 years old) holds their holiday party at 10:30 a.m. The Wednesday and Thursday groups are also scheduled to hold parties at 10:30 a.m. each morning.

Bead Bash: Providence Children's Museum opens its Littlewoods activity area for an activity they're calling "Bounty of Beads" for 2- to 4-year-olds today from 10 a.m. to noon. Admission $8.50 per person; check out the Greenville Public Library's museum pass web page for discount passes ($2 per person).
