Johnston's huge fall festival tops today's list of 5 Things to Know.
1. Apple Fest: Johnston Memorial Park will be the site for this weekend's 25 Annual Apple Festival, hosted by the North Central Chamber of Commerce. Fun starts at 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. 3. Book Sale: If you're headed to the Park for Apple Festival, be sure to stop by Mohr Library on the way out [can't miss it — it's at the top of Memorial Avenue] for the annual Friends of Mohr Library book sale.
