Celebration: After Hurricane Sandy forced a postponement, the North Central Chamber of Commerce has rescheduled its 30th Anniversary celebration wine tasting at Kirkbrae Country Club for Thursday night beginning at 5:30 pm. Visit the Chamber's website here for information and online registration.

4. Panther Playoffs: I'll have more on this later, but the Johnston High School Panthers football squad ended the season undefeated, and is set to host Central High School on Friday night in the first round of the Division II playoffs. Take another look at this video from Homecoming Day.
