Johnston Fugitive Caught By Mass. Cops: Nicholas J. Marshall, 24, of 8 Johnson Ave., was arrested by Massachusetts police following a high-speed chase that ended at the Bourne rotary on Cape Cod. Marshall, who allegedly stole the vehicle he was driving on April 7, has warrants for his arrest in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
