Video: J-DAPA Set For Performances On Feb. 11, 17, and 18

The Johnston Drama and Performing Arts troupe is set to present "A Night Of Sin" tomorrow and next Thursday and Friday at Johnston High School.

In case you missed the talented Johnston Drama and Performing Arts (J-DAPA) troupe on New Year's Eve at the Senior Center, they're set to perform three shows, including two on successive Fridays, beginning tomorrow night, at Johnston High School.

Tickets for "A Night of Sin: Frank Sinatra and Friends" tomorrow and next Friday are $10. A special $5 performance is also scheduled for Thursday night, Feb. 17.

All proceeds will be used to fund other performances and art programs at the high school and improvements to the high school auditorium.

For tickets and additional information, contact J-DAPA Director Donna Tellier at 944-4866. Tickets will be also on sale at Johnston High school Monday through Friday next week, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The accompanying video shows clips from the New Year's performance by the group, including a spot-on rendition of "I've Got You Under My Skin" by Dave Sackal, a moving "At Last" by Alycia Bedrosian, and a rousing dance number set to "Zoot Suit Riot."
