The Manton Seniors of Johnston will take their next monthly trip to Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Mashantucket, CT on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. The group will leave by bus at 8:15 a.m. from the parking lot of the former Lombardi's/1025 Club located at 1025 Plainfield Street, Johnston, RI.
Tickets for the trip are $20.00 per person for members and nonmembers and includes a full buffet or food & Keno voucher.

The Manton Seniors of Johnston, a statewide, independently-run senior organization for Rhode Islanders age 50 and older, holds its monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month (weather permitting.) Meetings are held in the church hall of Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Road, Johnston, RI.
The Manton Seniors of Johnston has approximately 250 members and has been in existence for 35 years. An active group of members from all across the state, the Manton Seniors hold at least nine events a year, traditionally at Twelve Acres in Smithfield. The group also runs monthy trips to Foxwoods Casino along with a variety of day trips for members.

The group is currently accepting new members. Yearly membership dues are $10.00 per member.
