Latest School Budget: At 10 a.m. today, we'll be uploading the latest school budget proposal to "Your Government Handbook." The school board is scheduled to meet March 22 for a third workshop at 6 p.m., with a vote set for 7 p.m.

'I' Before 'E' Except In His Name: The Johnston Senior Center has joined local philanthropist and public television celebrity Alan Shawn Feinstein for a food drive, being held all week during the center's operating hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Non-perishable food items and monetary donations are being sought for the center's Food Pantry, and Mr. Feinstein has offered to add to the donations collected.
