Whole Foods Market Supports Autism Project

Register coupons at Whole Foods will allow customers to support the Autism Project's programs.

In conjunction with National Autism Awareness Month, Whole Foods Markets (Garden City and Waterman Avenue locations) will be selling register coupons in $2 and $5 denominations to benefit the Autism Project.

The promotion will run throughout the month of April and the coupons are available at checkout.

All proceeds will benefit after-school programs for children and teens with Autism. “We are excited to partner with Whole Foods Market to support our children and families,” Joanne Quinn, the executive director of the Autism Project, said. “The donations will offset the high cost of social skills groups that are critical for individuals with autism. Our groups are designed to improve their social skills, personal interactions and success out in the real world as an adult.”
