Snow For Tuesday's Commute?

The first snow of the season is expected for Tuesday's commute.

Southern New England may get its first taste of snow this week as a cold front moves through the region. Forecasters are predicting that the white stuff could start falling right in the middle of Tuesday's morning commute.

According to the National Weather Service out of Taunton, the arctic front will bring with it cold temperatures and snow squalls. The precipitation is expected to coincide with Tuesday's morning commute.

The amount of snow, however, is not expected to be substantial as forecasters predict a "coating of snow accumulation." This "coating" may create slippery travel and poor visibility for morning commuters.
