Now that we had a snowfall and the nights are getting cold, it's turning to be winter. I'm personally not a big fan of winter — the shoveling, stuffy noses, it gets darker out earlier, and the coldness! Although I dont like the winter, I can't wait to get this winter started to snap some great pictures. Last year I took some good shots during the winter, but I wasnt fully into photography then. Now that I am into it more, I'm expecting many great shots this winter despite the cold weather.
This picture is a flashback picture, one that i took over this summer. The day Itook this picture, it wasn't a good day. Before capturing this picture, I was taking pictures with my iPhone while fishing. While not paying attention, I slipped on a rock into the water, cutting up myself and destroying my iPhone. After that happened, I was mad at myself like anybody else would be. So I took off with my camera and took this shot. In this picture, I like how the colors contrast the most. It's so green and beautiful it brings back all my memories of summer. Come next summer and my life is going to be completely different after I graduate high school. I'm looking forward to the future, hopefully advancing my career as a photographer and uploading many more pictures on the website.
