 olf Tournament\, Friday\, June 22\, 2012 at Crystal Lake Golf Club\, Map
 leville\, RI.&nbsp\; Registration starts at 7:00 am\; the Shotgun Start/
 Scramble Format starts at 8:00 am.&nbsp\; Those who register and pay by 
 June 4th will be entered into an Early Bird Raffle.\nThe entry fee is $1
 25 per person or $500 for a foursome that includes greens fee (for 18 ho
 les of golf)\, golf cart\, tournament gift bag\, buffet lunch and prizes
 . Hole in One Prizes: $10\,000 cash\, Sharp LCD Flat Screen TV\, Set of 
 Big Bertha Irons by Calloway and 2 Domestic Round Trip Airline Tickets. 
 Sponsorship opportunities include Registration Sponsors\, $300\, Hole Sp
 onsors\, $150\, and Gift Bag Sponsors as well as major sponsorships. The
  registration and sponsorship deadline is June 11th.&nbsp\; All sponsors
  will be listed in the event program and on FRCA&rsquo\;s website.\nThis
  event allows people to do something they enjoy while making a contribut
 ion to support the Woonsocket Shelter and homelessness prevention.
