A sandwich is a quick-and-easy meal, and on most menus, it's the most reliable pick when you're not sure about the other food. It's also usually the cheapest thing you can order.

But as easy as it is to make a great sandwich, only a few places offer a truly awe-inspiring sandwich. You know, the one that you can't help but order even when you know there are more sophisticated dishes on the menu.

This week, we want to know: Which restaurant or deli serves up the best sandwich in Johnston?

Around here, we've got a wide range of places, both on the main drags of Atwood and Hartford Avenues, as well as in some of the nooks along Killingly Street and Putnam Pike.
