Alejandrina “Alice” Thomas, 72, of Sandy Brook Road, Glocester, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at Roger Williams Hospital.

Born in Puerto Rico, she was one of 12 children of the late Santo Rivera and Francisca (DelGado) Rivera. Alice was a member of the St. Joseph’s Church Women’s Guild and recently retired from FM Global.

She is survived by her husband, James V. Thomas; a daughter, Jeanette Vazquez of New Rochelle, NY; a grandson, Noel Maldondo; a sister, and four brothers.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10 am in St. Joseph Church, Main Street, North Scituate. Visitation Wednesday evening 4-7 pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Rt. 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial in St. Raymond's Cemetery, NY at a later date.
